email configured correctly but now not sending.

Hi I configured my emails with my site name ie beth@smyls.co.uk to run through Windows Live Mail.

I configured it correctly with the incoming and outgoing servers and correct ports and all was working perfectly.
For some reason now without changing any settings I can only receive emails but not send them. I only found out about this because after a few days I got mail delivery failed messages back. There was no error message when sending and the emails appeared in the sent box.

I have tested it by sending emails back and forth to my personal email address and same thing - I can receive them instantly at my Smyls address but am not receiving them FROM that account.

Pleaese help - I don't understand what has happened as I haven't altered any settings.
