Email disappearing

Some of the emails I receive are disappearing after 1-2 days. They arent going to junk or trash either. Whats going on? Can I get them back?

Do those emails contain attachments? Emails are just files, attachments just make those files bigger (with additional overhead). If those files are over 10MB, they will be deleted after a certain amount of time. That's my guess.

They do. Is there a way to change that? Because thats a horrible inconvenience. And any chance I can get the emails back. Some were very important.

You can change that by upgrading to Premium or by using a third-party email provider. It's a limit of shared, free hosting.
