Email Error

When i try to login into my email account i am getting a error message like this

A fatal error has occurred
DB Error: connect failed
Details have been logged for the administrator.

Plus another ? I was also trying to login to my FTP but cant get it to connect

Your account has been suspended as of 2011-01-05 00:54:03. If you attempt to access anything other than your account panel or forum account, you will get these errors.
