email errors, accounts vanishing

I have been having the following problems with my email accounts, started yesterday:

Outlook prompting for password on each account
Checked & reset passwords

Horde shows no new mail, even after sent from other accounts

Sent mail through Horde, with following error:

There was an error sending your message: Failed to add recipient: sales@ianspringham.co.uk [SMTP: Invalid response code received from server (code: 550, response: Verification failed for <ianvs777@ianvs777.pcriot.com> No Such User Here Sender verify failed)]

Trying to change password for ian@ianspringham.co.uk, with error:

Change Mail Account Settings

There was a problem changing the password. Show Details
Sorry, you do not have access to the domain ianspringham.co.uk

account ian@ianspringham.co.uk no longer exists

Any help or suggestions would be gratefully appreciated.

ianspringham.co.uk no longer appears in email drop down lists - should I remove, park again and then recreate email accounts?

I removed, parked again and then recreated email accounts, all seems well; apart from the messages missed during the intervening period.
