Hi, I use my email forwarders all the time but recently they've not been working reliably. a few weeks ago I noticed this was happening around the time there was some other server issue so I disregarded as it cleared itself up. But now the forwarders are not working again and I don't see any current server maintenance announcements.
the email server is working fine as I can send and receive email to/from the server using the addon domain. but any mail sent to a forwarder for ANY of the domains (addon or native) does not seem to end up anywhere. However, mail sent to a non-existent address does still get rejected with a response "no address at this domain". I checked all email inboxes as well as the system account email but found nothing. The mail should not be blackholed and I am not receiving any rejection messages when sending mail to a forwarder.
I'm not sure what can be done about this but I was hoping someone could check some logs I don't have access to and hopefully figure out what's happening to these emails and what I can do to resolve this. thanks.
