Email forwarding

Hi, I set up an email forward for one of the email addresses set up for my domain thecanadiansandbox.tk When I attempt to send an email to the email address it successfully receives the email in the email account but it does not forward the email to the final destination email I set as the forward. Please help?

Can someone please help me with this problem? I am trying to forward an email address for my domain to a gmail.com email address. I have set it up in the control panel but when I send a test email to my email address it doesn't forward to my gmail account, it just sits in the inbox for my domain.
