Email Help - Not receiving it

Cpanel name: clinton
Domain: hotmartini.x10Hosting.com
Hosting Package: Advanced


Hello kind staff. I'm trying to access my email and it's not working. The domain that I've linked to my account is hotmartini.com . I'm not able to receive or sent via Outlook Express and I've done the setup correctly as instructed. When I send test emails(to clinton@hotmartini.com) to my account I get delivery bounce backs.

I've also tried the webmail attached to this hosting and I cannot send(SMTP error?) or receive their either. Did I forget something?

Your subdomain is hotmartini.x10Hosting.com
So unless you have hotmartini.com set up as an addon or parked domain you need to send e-mails to clinton@hotmartini.x10Hosting.com

Lambada's right; the only way you could send email to a "x@hotmartini.com" email address would be to actually have the hotmartini.com domain
