Email IMAP/POP Server Error

Dear Support,

I have been encountering Email IMAP/POP Server Error almost everyday now starting from about 0800 GMT time to 0000 GMT.

The symptom is that I was not able to connect to email server at starka.x10hosting.com.

I am able to login via cPanel and access the webmail page. Attempting to read email using SquirrelMail will timeout and give me the following error message:

ERROR: Connection dropped by IMAP server.

The email server were able to recover back after 0000 GMT for the past few days.

Please help to resolve the issue. Thank you.


BTW, I also can never access email via Horde and Roundcube, which always give me DB error as followed:
A fatal error has occurred

DB Error: connect failed

Details have been logged for the administrator.

Hello, try adding int.starka.x10hosting.com to your mysql remote hosts to see if that helps fix those mysql errors.

Ok. It get worst today. The Email server never came up today!

So, it got nothing to do with timing.

Can it be the server is simply overloading ?

Please help.

int.starka.x10hosting.com is already in MySQL remote hosts.

Ok. The email is back to normal now. I will keep monitoring.
