email install

after i create e mail account i have tried to use outlook i have interderd my info but it show me error. for incomming email as outgoing email i have use (mail.testever.x10.mx) then my user name and password
i have create this email adres(webtest@testever.x10.mx)
do i have wrong!

Go to CPanel -> Email accounts -> {Select webtest@testever.x10.mx} -> More -> Configure mail client. This will let you download a little file that will set your mail up for you correctly.
