when I attempt to log in to create my website the system is not recognizing my e-mail address. I have received three e-mails: I also clicked on the e-mail confirm link

Are you attempting to log into your account panel or your cPanel?
Your cPanel username is different from your account panel username - It's a username you defined on registration.
If you're attempting to log into your account panel, please double check that your password is correct - They are case sensitive.
