Email issue

Hello,

Today I got an email that says:
"The certificate for mail.web****.x10.bz expired on 24/4/2026"
What can I do or you do to fix this comment so visitors can send me emails again?

That has no bearing on the ability to send emails to you.

However, upon looking your entire SSL has expired and was not renewed. Please request a new certificate manually through the hosting control panel.

P.S. I remembered an early post in this forum from 12 jan there M said :
"You need to manage/install ssl from hosting control panel
Account manager > SSL Certificates > get automatic certificate from ACME provider."
So I did that and now I get following comment again : "The certificate for mail.web****.x10.bz is not valid for that server . Someone could be trying to impersonate the server and you should not continue."

Do you get an error message when trying that certificate from ACME Provider step?

No error message only the one that i wrote in the P.S. above (bold)
The website itself does not show anymore in a browser ... I get an error:
"Your connection isn't private
Attackers might be trying to steal your information from webhulp.x10.bz (for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards).
net::ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALID"
Please fix this

I6 would seem like you did not complete the ACME Provider step, you need to go back into there and click save in that menu so that it actually attempts to get a new SSL certificate.

I did click >SAVE<

What message is shown exactly after you click save? Error or not, you should be getting some sort of message, if the proper steps are done correctly on your end.

If the wildcard box is checked, uncheck it.
