Email: Microsoft outlook

i am using outlook to setup my email. It works to recive my email, but i can not send. The error i get is: outlook is not able to connect to your outgoing(smtp) e-mail server. my isp is att dsl.

What server are you on?

Go to your account pannel and to your left under server status, check if Exim is online.
Exim is the email program x10 uses. If it is not up, then wait until it is and try again.

Exim is offline. Any idea why that would be? Is it something i have to turn on? If not when will it be up?

Just wait patiently, as you know x10 is a free hosting service, so service can't be up 24/7 ><
