email name?

When I set up my email it forced me to use a "user@www.accountname.com" format. Is this normal? I have never seen an email account with the "www" part in it. Did I do something wrong at sign-up?
Can this be changed?

Yes, in your case.. When you entered your domain, you put www.ilarms.com instead of ilarms.com Login to www.x10hosting.com/account and change your domain to ilarms.com and it'll fix it.
