email NEVER works

hi, this is the third time I've opened a thread like this.

My email has NEVER worked, and Exim being online doesn't help.

I would really, really appreciate help. Really.

Can you post any details on error message and try to re-create the e-mail address in cPanel?

the email address that I'm working with right now is lowfidelity@overzero.exofire.net

right now, probably because Exim is offline, the error message is:

Message not sent. Server replied:

Connection refused
111 Can't open SMTP stream.


When Exim is online and I try to send an email it give something like "451 Temporary problem try later"

Exim can die when the server is having many people abusing from it's resources (in this case, Spamming). We're constantly fighting against spam, but it's a hard fight.
Exim is online and running at this moment.

I've also fixed another thing on your account, please check if you can send/receive emails now.
