Email not being sent at all.

Using just basic services and trying to set a basic contact form on wordpress to email to an x10 email account and there is no mail being sent.

I can send to x10 email address from hotmail and gmail but when replying there is nothing being sent.
Is sending email disabled on the free hosting ?

According to there own site comparision located online there is 3 accounts included, so don't know why receiving will and sending wont.
