Email not receiving or sending

My email stopped functioning the morning of Thu, Jun 20 EDT.
People sending email to me get rejected messages:

x11.x10hosting.com gave this error:
Remote server returned an error -> 550 No such recipient here

or
x11.x10hosting.com gave this error:
Remote server returned an error -> 550 authentication required

Hello....I have the same problem...email not working.....I have a basic account

So from reading here.....the first solution is to delete email address and to recreate it? Is that right? If so, the old messages will remain unchanged and the "new ones" will start coming in or will be lost?

Hey, I know the issue here! You can head to Direct Admin > Email Manager > Email Accounts > Then look at the top it will say "Enable DKIM" just enable it and you should be able to send and receive emails. Also, if you are still not receiving them go to Junk or Spam.

It was already enabled before on mine. An issue was identified on x11. A fix was attempted, but did not succeed. A case was opened with DirectAdmin to further investigate the matter.

The email issues with x11 should be resolved now, if you can please try again and verify.
