Email Not sending and a few 'smack' issues

Hey guys,

I'm having issues with my email. I created a folder and thought it was saving my emails, but when I looked at it. Their were no emails.

I logged out, logged back in and still the same issue. However, I can't 'reply' to messages now.

Any help ASAP will be awesome!

Hello,

Any help on this topic? I'm still unable to see my email. I tried the three email options on the round mail I receieved

this error message

A fatal error has occurred
Cannot write to cache directory /home/cedmx10h/tmp/horde
Details have been logged for the administrator.

In the other emails I can't see my mail.
I tried to download it, but do not know how to open the file types.

Any help? x10 hosting, are you guys able to help or fix this issue?
Or give a bit of advice? It's been a few days and no answer.
