I've opened a ticket via the panel 10 days ago but there has been no response so I thought I'll come here. (The "date opened" field at the top says 11/11/2011 for some reason.) Screenshot: http://cl.ly/GOxi

1) Most importantly, my email isn't working. I haven't been receiving mails since April 10th.

2) My wordpress installation isn't working. Since my site is basically just the wordpress blog, this translates into my site not working. By not working I mean it looks like it doesn't exist. The blog index page http://blog.secretss.com looks like it is redirecting to the domain index http://secretss.com, on which I used a redirection to my blog index. So if you visit the blog index now you will see that a redirection loop is occurring. All other blog urls give a 404, for example http://blog.secretss.com/contact-me.

This problem has been present for long enough and it does not seem to be addressed on the status page. The last mention of Starka, the server my domain is hosted on, was on April 27th, 8 days ago. The title of that post says "Resolved", but my problem most certainly isn't.

The status page is messy and conveys information in an unwieldy manner. I suggest a cleaner, visual system of a column of lights next to corresponding server names that light up in green or red indicating the current working/under-maintenance status of each server. Users are only concerned about the server our domain is hosted on. Make it simpler/quicker for us please? Other side information pertaining to hosting as a whole and not individual servers can still be presented beneath the lightboard, but instead of reading "Some of you have reported that they have difficulty receiving emails on the Starka server, we are aware of this and are working to resolve the issue", the lightboard would convey the same information with a quick glance.
