Good Morning,

Hoping someone can assist me with a problem I have with my email accounts associated with my parked domain (houseofgogo.tk). Not only am I unable to send or receive mail, but I am also unable to delete the 3 email addresses that are currently associated with my domain. When I attempt to send myself a test email from an external email account (i.e. hotmail, gmail, etc) I receive a postmaster notification that indicates that it could not be delivered. When I attempt to login to any of associated email addressing using the included webmail on cpanel, I am greeted with an error message. When I attempt to delete the 3 email addresses from cpanel the page displays an error:

Error

(XID qgp92y) You do not have an email account named “xxxxxxxxx@houseofgogo.tk”.

Regardless of whether or not these emails "exist" according to the management console, they continue to be displayed in the list and I am unable to create new ones since the webpage claims that I have already used up the 3 available email addresses that are allotted to my account. I have attempted this from the basic template as well as from the cpanel interface. It's extremely frustrating and I've spent many hours attempting to remedy this to no avail so I am at the point of simply just giving up on it all together. What am I doing wrong? Lol! :p

PS:
Also, I travel to and from The United States and Canada on a regular basis however I am unable to access my x10hosting account in The USA because it was created in Canada? Is there any way I can remedy that or am I limited to only accessing it from Canada? From my understanding I am required to login regularly or face deletion is that correct?

Thanks in advance.

as for your Email-accounts issue - a Admin can resolve it

...or am I limited to only accessing it from Canada?
yes
x10hosting now has a firewall (a restriction which is not in the TOS) around the IP's country code your account was registered with - your current IP's country code must be the same - when you sign-in to your account

I am required to login regularly or face deletion is that correct?
yes
no more than 30 days from last login
