Email not working

Hello,

I haven't been able to receive email in my email accounts since Saturday. From sending test emails to myself, I find that both email forwarding and webmail have ceased to work. Any ideas what might be going on?

Thanks! Do you anticipate that the emails received during this down-time could be recovered? Or are they lost forever?
