email not working

Hello, I'm not seeing any email coming to the email address of my free hosting account (kolaporeuplands.x10hosting.com on stoli). The email account was originally set up as trails@kolaporeuplands.x10hosting.com, and it also is supposed to forward the address trails@kolaporeuplands.org. However, I am not seeing any test emails sent from yahoo mail coming through. I also don't see any email sent to jbishop@kolaporeuplands.x10hosting.com, though not sure if that is supposed to work as a default or now. Could you please check that I am not missing some kind of email setup/configuration setting? Thanks.
