Email NOT working

Created an email account under my domain and its not working as webmail or as a email forwarder. What is the problem?
Edit:
BTW it has been a day since I sent the email so it shouldn't be a matter of a very slow mail server.

It looks like the outgoing mail server on your server is offline, I'll see if I can have it restarted...

You might just try to send it later.

How common is it for these servers to go offline? And how much downtime is there?
Edit:
Exim is down once again, is their anyway we can keep Exim up? Because it defeats the purpose of having email if its going to be down so frequently.

How is the administration setup? Do you guys even care if a server goes down? I know it is free however its the same thing as having a free car you can't even drive. Might as well not have it at all. :nuts:

Stoli's mail server is the only unstable mail server that we have. And there isn't anything we can do about it at the moment.

We do care if a server goes down. But we all have lives outside of x10 so sometimes it may take a bit until a admin comes online who can resolve the issue.
