Did the e-mail give any reply text? If not, I'm wondering if the post was deleted for some reason or if it's some sort of glitch (odd, but possible).

.htaccess

Code:
---------
order deny,allow
deny from all
allow from 69.136.115.161
---------

Code:
---------
[root@s1 public_html]# du -h
89M ./mysql_backup
---------

Code:
---------
[root@s1 public_html]# ls
cgi-bin cron_mail_test.php emailtest_cron.log index.php mysql_backup _private
---------

looking at the log, his cron runs every 15 minutes, sending him a test email. his site does "nothing" else
<==

Note the "index.php" as to what the site does
I have removed all the web stuff until I get .htaccess to work

Anyway the world nows knows how to get into my MySQL backups
(I just moved them off the server)

BTW I did receive a Email notice of "Smith6612" here

You will forgive me. Someone else found the forbidden response on your site suspicious, and i replied to the wrong thread.
I deleted it seconds after i posted it, but obviously you still received an email.
I would also recommend not having any important data publicly available, even if its an obfuscated url.
