email problem send/receive

There was an error sending your message: Failed to send data [SMTP: Invalid response code received from server (code: 503, response: All RCPT commands were rejected with this error: Temporary local problem - please try later Valid RCPT command must precede DATA)]

Similar errors i get by using Thunderbird/Outlook or what else.This is for round about a week now.

Webhosting is Ad-Enhanced on Stoli, aar.exofire.net

Ive changed your MX settings slightly, please let us know if this has made a difference

Made a difference ... the error is now

There was an error sending your message: Failed to connect to localhost:25 [SMTP: Failed to connect socket: Connection refused (code: -1, response: )]
