Email problem

Hi there. I have installed prestashop in my public_html folder. Have configured it to send mail to my costumers via php mail func. But it doesnt send any mail. I tried configuring the smtp mail but with no luck. Communicated with prestashop team and they told its the error with the hosting side. Please help me with the issue. I have 3 email ids configured with x10hosting.

Hello,

Email is currently only semi-working due to the private network stuff that has been going on. We don't have an ETA on when it will be working again, but it should be working again soon. I'll post a message in News and Announcements when email is fully operational again.
