email problem

I haven't been able to connect to the xo3 server since the maintenance performed 15 Oct 2014, I have searched for a solution here and haven't found one. I did see in cpanel that it says to use my cpanel password for email, I assume this changed during the maintenance, but it still doesn't work. I tried deleting a webmaster account in my mail browser (Thunderbird) and recreating it using the settings from cpanel, but still no good.

The message I get when testing the recreated account in Thunderbird is; "Username or password invalid." I know my usernames and passwords are valid as they're saved in password software so there's no chance of mistypes. If you could please fix or give me some guidance when you can & if it is ignorance on my part I will apologize in advance.
