Email Problems Since My Account Moved To The New Server

Hi,

Since my account was moved I have had problems fetching email. I use Thunderbird with POP3S and my client is properly configured.
I have tried both POP3 (Port 110) as well as POP3S (Port 995). I always ended up getting the "Sending of password did not succeed. Mail server mail.blackburn.x10hosting.com responded: Authentication failed." error message.
Todat things have changed now. Seems the email server is not reponding anymore because now I keep getting the "Connection to server mail.blackburn.x10hosting.com timed out." error message.
I have already deleted and re-setup my Thunderbird client. Webmail (Squirrelmail) seems to work.

Any help will be highly appreciated!

Try changing your password at http://x10hosting.com/control that might fix the password issue.

I did reset my password as you requested ... nevertheless, fris.x10hosting.com stopped responding now. I cannot use Webmail anymore nor can I go to the control panel. I always get timeout error messages from Firefox (server does not repsond). Thunderbird keeps telling me that there are timeouts contacting mail.blackburn.x10hosting.com.

So basically the whole system is not working anymore for me. There's not much I can do anymore

A small update i've gotten from
Corey, he'll probably post later
when he has more information
and explain things that need to
be explained.
Fris is down because it's going
to be done at the same time as
Chopin. Chopin has completed
packaging accounts and was
done almost a day ago, Chopin is
just doing an rsync of the
whole /home directory which is
taking some time. No estimated
time as to when it will be
complete yet
