Email Script Not Working. PHP Issue

First of all, I have read the news thread regarding the secure php upgrade but im not sure if its related to it or not.

This is a very basic email post/send script.

I get this when I submit it on my site.

[B]Warning[/B]:  mail() has been disabled for security reasons in [B]/home/******/public_html/staffapp.php[/B] on line [B]91[/B]

Ok thanks, just did it.
Edit:
Did not work, I got the confirmation email that it has been changed to intermediate but when I test the script on my site. I get the same error still.

You have to wait a few hours.

I got 2 emails, The first one said to wait a few hours to get another email for confirmation and got that one then. It also says in the account panel that my php version is 2.

It's not a 'problem.' It just takes time, like it clearly states along just about every step of the process.
