Hello All,
Im new to x10 hosting.... actually Im new to all of this (hosting, website building, etc) as a whole, so go easy on me please.
Series of events:
***UPDATE***
This morning, I decided to test the email again, hoping the issue resolved itself. Now, NONE of the emails receive incoming messages. This includes the mainuser@myexample domain as well as the sub-addresses.
I can still log in (directly into the account) and send messages but incoming always gets bounced back.
From the main google apps page (once Im logged in), if I click on "inbox," it goes to x10 and says "server error" so that still has not changed
Im new to x10 hosting.... actually Im new to all of this (hosting, website building, etc) as a whole, so go easy on me please.
Series of events:
- Started a site (somewhere else) and bought a domain via google.
- Also set up my branded (domain based) emails address via google Apps
- google apps structure: Main user email with multiple sub-addresses under then main one
- Hated the set-up over there so I came here to x10
- Signed up (free account) and Built my site here via RVSiteBuilder
- Changed my google domain name severs to
- ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com
- Everything was fine & good!!!!!
- Now none of my sub-addresses will receive email. The main user account is fine and the sub-address will send but all incoming tests have failed (Delivery Status Notification (Failure))
- From the main apps page, if I click "inbox" (http://mail.myexampledomain.com) if goes to x10 and says "Server error. There has been a server error. Please try again momentarily. If the issue persists, create a support ticket. "
