Email server is not functioning properly

Hi,

Please let me know whether there is any problem with the Email server.We are not able send and receive the mails.

Hi,

Count me in ... same problem here. Since my account was moved to the new server, Thunderbird is unable to receive email. I tried POP3 and POP3S and in both cases the error message is always the same:
"Sending of password did not succeed. Mail server fris.x10hosting.com responded: Authentication failed."

I tried to delete and re-setup the account but it did not remedy the problem. Webmail access works fine. But I need POP3S ... or at least POP3.

Please start your own support threads even when your issue seems to be the same or very similar to somebody else's issue.
You are both on different servers do the problem may or may not be related.
Either myself of another community helper will investigate and provide more information as quickly as possible.
