Email server?

I've noticed that sometimes the email server does not work so i cant use PHP to send emails usinga form on my website but after a few days it starts working again. Is this normal?

The email server should work at all times, unless there is some scheduled maintenance. If it happens again, simply pop back here and I'll ask staff to investigate.

Can you please investigate as it appears none of the mail servers on the below websites work anymore...
