Hi, my MyBB forum software suddenly stopped being able to send emails to subscribers notifying them of new posts and threads, around about the time that work was recently being done on Illuminated.
E-mail problems were acknowledged in the X-10 hosting service alerts thread, but this has been marked as resolved for some days now - yet e-mail service from my forum website has not resumed.
Could there be some critical server setting that has not been restored to the previous settings following the upgrade that might impact myBB email functionality ?
Something similar happened a few months back, but then an X10 admin figured out that the culprit was some settings associated with my individual account (hidden & inaccessible to me) that were not restored completely following an outage.
Could the same issue have recurred?
