Email to outlook.com

Trying to get a contact form setup and working on my site and it would appear that when mail from the form or from the newly created email account on 10hosting absolutely nothing is going to my outlook.com account. I have tested going to my hotmail, gmail, and work account and those work just fine but not outlook.com. Anyone have any idea why?

It's been that way for awhile; the cost of free hosting.

Thank you for the response. If it's been that way for awhile maybe I should look at changing my email account to something that does work then.
