Email Trace Route symlink Not Working in Cpanel

I'm not sure if this belongs here. So I'll be brief. But the Email Trace Route link within my Cpanel in not working. I can enter an email address in the field and click the submit button...the results screen displays but...no results, The screen is just the cpanel with no results and link to go back of course.

It's just nice to be able to trace the route from the email accounts panel. NO BIG RUSH!

you can only traceroute to the domain. If your using the whole email address it won't work..

Hmm I don't think I saw this in my cpanel. what server are you on?..

I think that might be enabled only on pay servers (?). BTW, you do need to fill in a full email address, since this is an email route trace (link to cpanel doc). This is something you should probably notify the admins / start a support ticket about.

Oh ok.. sorry I thought it was a normal traceroute to a domain..
