Emails not sending

It seems my emails have not been getting sent from my email accounts. This appeared to have started sometime in late April/early May this year. I checked the related pinned thread and tried the proposed workaround, but it did not work. Anyone have any suggestions on what else to check? I am on x13. Thanks.

For posterity, in Discord I was recommended the following:

From what I can see on both domains are 3 issues
  1. incorrect SPF Record - please edit your txt record containing v=spf1 and add one of the two things ip4:198.91.80.251 or a:edge.x10hosting.com,
  2. DKIM Is not enabled - Can be enabled in hosting control panel through Email Manager > Email Accounts > Enable DKIM,
  3. DMARC missing - Can be added in DNS Management > Add Record > Record Type TXT > TXT Record Type DMARC - control panel will walk you through the process,
These 3 issues lead to other mail servers rejecting emails sent from your domains

I performed only Step 2 and that appears to have solved my problem - I can now receive emails sent from my domain. Thank you!
