Is it possiable to set up and email account on x10hosting and send/receive emails from it?

Yes. You can create a new USER@website.x10hosting.com on "cPanel > Email accounts".
You can then send/recieve mail from it by using WebMail, or by configuring an email client such as Outlook Express, etc.
