To the Senior Support / System Administration,
I am forced to open this thread because my domain is currently "Hard-Locked" in your system's void, and standard procedures are failing.
Domain: tusecreto.x10.mx
Original IP: 198.91.80.155
After deleting my previous account, the system failed to trigger a full purge. The domain "tusecreto.x10.mx" is still bound to the IP 198.91.80.155 within your internal Apache/DNS configuration. This is creating an "Orphaned Record" that prevents any new registration.
I am a developer and I know this record is still active in your '/etc/httpd/conf/' or your DNS cluster. I cannot "wait it out" because the link is broken at the root level.
Please:
1. Manually drop all table entries for this domain.
2. Clear the DNS zone for "tusecreto.x10.mx" from your master cluster.
3. Release the IP 198.91.80.155 from this specific binding.
I have been waiting for a response, and I need this resolved immediately to restore my service.
Best regards,
