hey i kjeep getting this every 2 mins once the suspension runs out 2 mins later itdoubles the time i have

Reason: Prolonged high resource usage. Account will be unsuspended automatically in 30 minutes

what do i do to fix this

You will need to find what script is causing the high CPU load.

i cant as i cant get on my cpanel to find out as it keeps suspending me as soon as i get ou of the suspention

Well when did the suspensions start happening? I am guessing it was after you installed the latest script of some sort or have crons running to often.

emm like 20 mins ago right after i changed something so i know what it is so if i could get on the cpanel i could chnage ti back

I have lifted the suspension. Please get the issue fixed before you get suspended again.

i replaced the file and now i am suspended for 45 minutes
