Empty Account Home Directory

Dear x10 Support Team,
My account home directory is empty. I has been created since November 9. I thought it is temporary error or something but until now is still empty. Hoping for your quick response. Thank you!

Hello,

It appears something got messed up when creating your account, and unfortunately the only way for us to fix it is to delete it and have you sign up again. Since your account is completely unusable, I went ahead and deleted it. You can sign up for a new one by logging into https://x10hosting.com/control and following the links there.

I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this causes.

If you're still seeing that default web page in 12-24 hours, post back and I'll look into it more.

Quick update, the problem seems to be more elusive than we thought, and we are still trying to identify why there are so many accounts giving server errors on lotus.
