I'm on x13 and am getting the orange "disabled" message when I go to https://x13.x10hosting.com:2222/user/ssl . I'm not seeing anywhere else to enable it, though.
SSL has been enabled for your account.
You might need to go into domain setup and enable it per domain as well before you can create the certificates for the domains on your account.
