enabling user abort?

im trying to install vbulletin, but i get this error


Warning: ignore_user_abort() has been disabled for security reasons in /home/mashupmb/public_html/install/installcore.php on line 15


i posted in vbulletin forums and i got told my host would need to enable it.


could this be done?

Please log into http://x10hosting.com/account using forum user name and password and request to be upgraded from "Basic" php (which you have) to "intermediate". This should solve this issue.

You will receive an email or two telling you 1. you have been accepted and the 2nd one will be to confirm that you have been fully upgraded.

The upgrades run every 6-12 hours. Right now with the current Account migrations taking place might take a bit longer. Just ask that you be patient as it will happen.
