Entry Process Limit for Premium /Infinity +

Hi There,

1 - Could you please advise what is the limit of entry processes for premium and Infinity+ as compared to 5 for free account?

2 - Once the account is upgraded for say 2/3 years, and in the middle of that paid period if we upgrade the service further to Infinity+1/2 etc. Do we get a credit for the remaining unused period of the premium hosting? (not cancelling but upgrading further)

Are the nameservers different for each service or are they same as ns1.x10hosting.com & ns2.x10hosting.com?

how smooth is the process of upgrading the account. we are going to set this account from scratch to migrate from a different server.
