Not sure if you've seen the thread in the forums but this is due to the free platform servers being transferred to three new servers:
Server Moves, and the ongoing status post here:
x10Hosting Status.
Depending which server you were allocated when you registered, you will be allocated one of the three new servers. It is likely to take a number of days before websites become available again, but realistically there is no known ETA.
