erase website?

just trying to find the link to request a cancelation of my free site. I want to delete it and put another in there with a completely different domain name. Is that how I would do that?

I tired to open a new domain/site but was told I can't have more than 1 free account at a time..

Simply go to your account panel https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php to change your main domain in your hosting details. If you also want to get rid of what's on your account, go to the file manager in cPanel and delete your blog installation.
