I've been having problems with my website for a while now but this one is really struck me and that is the fact that only I can view my page and everything on my page but noone else can? Can you help ASAP!

I would gess then your issue lies with the
and that perhaps powertunezfm.dyndns.org isnt up to date or your firewall is blocking port 8000 (As Im assuming that points to your home PC)

okay i tried that but the page my friend wants to view which is : http://powertunezfm.pcriot.com/index.php doesnt work still?
And i taken it out, but hasnt caused a problem before

No, unlikely or it wouldnt work for me.
If you can get an exact description for "not work" eg, error codes, what they see, pictures or something.. we could try help work it out (most likely its some form of ad blocker, script blocker or parental control system)
