Eror Frrom AddOn domain

I want to add a Domain to mine host but when i write the name of new domain and click on Add Domain it get me an eror
Error from park wrapper: Sorry, cannot determine nameserver IPs. Please make sure that the domain is registered with a valid domain registrar
what should i do?
i want to add Shop1.hyesc.com on mine host , i Use this IP "173.236.27.195"

You need to set the nameservers for your domain to point to x10. This is to help curb abuse. If you cannot change or set the nameservers, post back and i will escalate this so an Account Manager can add it for you.
