ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED - how to fix it?

So I was in the middle of editing my website (www.bigfatscam.com) when I was logged out of WordPress and now I can't get back in. When I try and go on the site normally, I get this error "ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED". I have absolutely no idea what this means, nor how to fix it as I am a bt new to this.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

your account is on x10hosting's free-hosting server [ xo4 ] which has issues right now - Admins need to fix it - nothing you can do about it
