Erro w/ Installing Front Page Extension

Recently i have been fiddling with Microsoft Visual Basic 2010; and in order for me to Public my Project; I have to put it on my Website hosted with x10, but in order for it to upload all the files it needs Front Page Extensions Installed on the website; so i looked it up went into my hosting panel click on 'install', and i got an error with the image provided below; anyone have any idea on why it throws the error?

Hello caliberx,

We do not support FrontPage Extensions on free hosting. FrontPage Extensions are old and outdated, therefore we have dropped support for them. A number of remote sources say that Microsoft claimed FrontPage Extensions as "End Of Life" all the way back in 2006, so we do not feel we are obligated to provide them.

We do, however, offer much more up-to-date and more widely-used solutions. PHP is a server-side programming language where you should be able to achieve what you could have done with FrontPage Extensions.
