I get this error when visiting my website, but have changed nothing, and had no problems in the past.

The page you requested does not exist, you can try visiting this site's home page below.
staff.x10hosting.com.

Any ideas?

site is thestealthelite.co.uk

Thanks in advance.

It looks as though both of your accounts may have been suspended and something isn't working right. The staff will be able to fix this for you.

Unless something has changed, I normally get a suspended message.

And I have been posting on here for the last few days, so there would be no reason for that..??

And I can get into cpanel. Wouldn't the suspension prevent that?

It would yes, but Im getting the default index page for a site with your site, not any form of suspended or redirection.

I can connect to cpanel, and the site via ftp, and also on the account management page, it says everything is online, and that my account is unsuspended.

This is why I'm so confused??

As I said your site shows the default index page that comes when you sign up, your account is not suspended..

You need to change the index.html page in your public_html directory

I am not trying to get to that page, but one that is under public_html. It always worked fine in the past using the access method I was using.

The server must be misinterpreting the path for some reason.

This had always taken me to my blog before and now does not work. I have changed nothing on the server side..

I am also getting this in cpanel:

[an error occurred while processing this directive]

I have the exact same symptoms going on here!
Cpanel works for the most part, I can access via FTP and the site looks ok, all files and stuff are intact and as they should be.
However,

1. http://synrg.exofire.net gives me a redirect message for x10hosting but won't acutally redirect
2. http://synrg.exofire.net/phpgraphy/ or going directly to the url of a file on the server gives me the exofire 404 message
3. cPanel works like I said but it still gives me an 'error occured while processing this directive' much like what revoman is getting!
This is directly under 'stats' on the left and above the interface on the right

x10hosting is great but this is most definately not 99.99 percent uptime like you guys are claiming, and if it goes on I will just end up paying for a local web host cause it would be so much less of a hassle that what is going on right now! Thanks I'm not trying to be rude but this seems to be a problem with the servers... Anyways I am sure you guys are on to it by now :) we all just want some quality web site bonding time ;)

take care

Read other posts, mainly "My site is redirecting to x10".
Also, check server status reports in the correct forums.

This one is now
