Error 404

Hello, Im running a gaming community named halflifebeta.x10hosting.com, I tried to add downloads but when I submitted it I got this error,
Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /e107_admin/download.php on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache Server at halflifebeta.x10hosting.com Port 80

Just a thought ( I dunno if you tried this or not ) but check the Chmod for that directory.

What CHMOD value should I set it to?

i am on stoli and till a few days ago this problem was prominent on my website every now and then, now it's working fine i guess..
